How long does it take to have a personalised order fulfilled?
Generally speaking, once the order has been placed it will be sent to you within two weeks.
However, the timeframe is very much dependent on the schedule of the artist and can be delayed if they’re on tour or in a recording studio.
Are all designs hand drawn?
All personalised artwork that is ordered and priced at $149 is hand-drawn and one of a kind. Also, some designs that are labelled as one-of-a-kind and priced at either $49 or $129 and hand drawn.
Artwork that’s priced at $99 is originally hand drawn by the musician and reprinted limitedly.
What are your shipping rates?
Domestically, we charged $18.95 - the exact amount that it costs to ship via Australia Post.
Also, we ship internationally for a flat rate of $75 AUD.
What is the process of personalised artwork?
When an order has been made, the personalised request is sent directly to the musician.
The artist will craft the artwork to match your order.
The artwork is collected, framed, and shipped the following day via Australia Post.
What happens if a frame breaks?
If there is any damage on a domestic order, a brand new frame will be provided and shipped free of charge. However, on international orders, a refund will need to be claimed through Australia Post - who offer $100 free insurance on all orders. I will assist with the process and once a refund has been provided, a new frame will be sent.
